Make meeting information a resource not a burden

eMeetings simplifies the collation, distribution and maintenance of meeting information, saving secretariat resource, trustee time and paper.
Each committee has its own specific area of eShare containing a database of historic meetings as well as other relevant information for that committee. This could include terms of reference, outstanding actions for that committee and their eControls risk register.
Users collaborate to prepare meeting information.
They then publish that information. Automatic e-mails are generated to attendees, granting them permission to view the new meeting and providing a direct link.
Users are able to click through to view all information relevant to that specific meeting. They have an online agenda, details of attendees, conflicts of interest and links to useful information.
Papers can be distributed earlier. Users can be alerted to new documents which are added or amended after publication.
